The quartz sheet produced by Jiujiu quartz technology in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, has high precision, no bubbles, smooth surface, corrosion resistance and good light transmittance. It is especially suitable for observation windows of optical instruments such as optics, electronics, chemical industry and military industry.
Characteristics
Quartz plate features accurate flatness, low thickness deviation and few bubbles, etc.
Quartz flake is usually made by melting, cutting and grinding quartz, and its silicon dioxide content can reach more than 99.99%. The hardness is Mohs grade 7. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and electrical insulation. It is usually colorless and transparent, and the visible light transmittance is more than 85%.
