It is a kind of doped transparent quartz tube that absorbs part of UV-C and has a high transmittance (typical transmittance > 88%) at 254nn in the ultraviolet region, which can satisfy lamp special requirements at the ultraviolet region.

Production Main Facilities
Quartz Glass Use
(1)Quartz glass is the valuable material, when using, must take put down gently, be careful;
(2)All kinds of quartz glass has a highest use temperature, should not be more than the temperature when using, otherwise it will crystallization or softening deformation;
(3)If use at high temperature of quartz glass, must be wiped clean before use.Can use 10% of hydrofluoric acid or lotion soaked, and then clean with high pure water or alcohol.Thin gloves should be worn when operating, don't allow direct hit a quartz glass by hand;
(4)Continuous use of quartz glass products, permitted under the high temperature for prolonging the life of the quartz glass and improve the heat resistance performance is good.Conversely, intermittent use of quartz glass products under high temperature, its use is limited;
(5)Quartz glass materials have high thermal stability, can withstand severe temperature changed.But the actual use, due to the residual strain and the product shape is different, have certain difference, thermal stability should be careful when using;
(6)Quartz glass acid material, high temperature when using strictly avoid with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium sodium compounds, etc.) contact, otherwise will greatly reduce the crystallization resistance;
