Semiconductor grade high purity quartz is used to produce standard and high purity semiconductor quartz (resized) tube and quartz rod, which is also the raw material of UHP quartz tube.
Characteristics
Semiconductor grade high purity quartz sand greatly features low Fe, alkali mental and oxhydryl. Sand sizes are concentrated. Products made of this raw material have excellent appearance with few bubbles and streaks, or any other defect.
