Product Information
Quartz Glass Ring is made from PQ871 series quartz ingot. The quartz ingot can be made following products: Evaporation sputtering target, coating materials ring, semiconductor flange, solar materials, LED cover.
Raw Materials Introduction
The flame ingot is made by flame method with raw material of PQ own purified natural quartz sand. Continuous flame melting produces highly purified, net formed quartz ingots with few micro-bubbles (high material utilization ratio), which can be processed into various shapes. PQ871S/E series is with even higher impurity level.
